1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of TarkovHQ at https://tarkovhq.dev/. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. About TarkovHQ
TarkovHQ is an independent Escape from Tarkov companion providing tools such as an item database, ammunition chart, flea market references, trader and quest information, and a weapon builder. It is a third-party fan resource and is not an official Battlestate Games product.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must use TarkovHQ lawfully. You must not:
- Attempt to compromise website security or gain unauthorised access.
- Place unreasonable load on the service through abusive automated scraping (ordinary search-engine crawling is allowed).
- Engage in abusive or malicious activity, distribute malware, or disrupt the website.
- Misuse public APIs or tools, or circumvent reasonable technical restrictions.
4. Website information and accuracy
Game data, prices, item properties, compatibility information and other content may change. Information is provided for general informational and gaming purposes. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Verify important information in the game itself.
5. Game data and third-party APIs
TarkovHQ uses community-maintained Escape from Tarkov data supplied through the Tarkov.dev API. TarkovHQ does not control that API and cannot guarantee its availability or accuracy. Information may change when the game or upstream data changes. Attribution and thanks are due to Tarkov.dev contributors.
6. Weapon builder and calculators
Weapon builds, attachment compatibility and calculated statistics (such as ergonomics, recoil and weight) are informational tools. Results may differ from in-game behaviour across versions and modes. Verify builds in-game. TarkovHQ does not guarantee that a suggested build will work in every game version or mode.
7. Prices and flea market information
Displayed prices are based on available cached community data and may not represent current live in-game listings. Prices change quickly. TarkovHQ does not guarantee that items are available at displayed prices.
8. Intellectual property
The TarkovHQ website design, original text, branding, code and original graphics belong to their respective owners. Escape from Tarkov names, logos, images and related assets remain the property of Battlestate Games or other rights holders. TarkovHQ does not claim ownership of Battlestate Games intellectual property.
9. Third-party links and services
Links to external websites (including Tarkov.dev, wikis and Google policy pages) are provided for convenience. TarkovHQ does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Availability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, technical problems, upstream API failures or hosting issues may affect availability. Uninterrupted service is not promised.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and information are provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TarkovHQ is not liable for loss arising from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its information, including gameplay decisions or economic decisions in Escape from Tarkov.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
13. Changes to the website and terms
Features and these terms may change. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where users misuse the website or threaten its security or operation.
15. Governing law
These terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to confirmation by the site owner. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of your usual residence.
